Conference Objectives: At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to: 1) Review the epidemiology of early-stage NSCLC 2) Identify the role of PET scanning in the diagnosis and staging of early-stage NSCLC 3) Discuss the preoperative evaluation of early-stage NSCLC and the role of the interventional pulmonologist in this process 4) Describe the latest advances in the surgical management of early-stage NSCLC 5) Discuss the current trends in the use of adjuvant and neoadjuvant chemotherapy for early-stage NSCLC
