On this most welcome
And wonderful of days
I did not rush to get up
I created my way
I deliberated direction
Got lots accomplished
This day would be
Pleasant and Peaceful
All this suited me
Breakfast and chores
Were thoroughly enjoyed
Helping youngsters and adults
Spirit meaningfully employed
A nap was nice
In the midst of fatigue
Good news on the phone
Twice I did receive
I even relaxed
While practicing Tai Chi
Balanced Effortlessly
On the back yard grass
Thank you God
You are welcome God
You're appreciated God
For granting what I imagine
Thank you muse
Once again
You moved my mind
Hand and pen
