Anna Meadows, MD
A pediatric oncologist at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Dr. Meadows currently directs the Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania's Survivorship Research Program and provides senior leadership to "Living Well After Cancer". She was founding director of the National Cancer Institute's Office of Cancer Survivorship and is a national expert on the after-effects of treatment for childhood cancer.

David J Vaughn, MD
Dr. Vaughn is the Medical Director of the Abramson Family Cancer Research Institute and Associate Professor of Medicine, Hematology-Oncology at the Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania. Dr. Vaughn focuses his clinical practice in genitourinary oncology (bladder, prostate, testicular). He is particularly interested in the multi-modality approach to patients with these malignancies, as well as the incorporation of novel therapeutics in the care of these patients. Dr. Vaughn is also attending physician in the Living Well After Cancer Program at the University of Pennsylvania, a Lance Armstrong Foundation funded center for cancer survivorship. His research focuses on late effects of chemotherapy, genetics, and quality-of-life in testicular cancer survivors.

Linda Jacobs, PhD, CRNP, AOCN, BC
Linda Jacobs, PhD, CRNP, AOCN, BC is a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing. She is also the Coordinator for the "Living Well After Cancer Program", a cancer survivorship program at the Abramson Cancer Center of the University of Pennsylvania. The goal of this clinical, research, and education focused initiative, funded by the Lance Armstrong Foundation, is to help reduce the physical and emotional late effects of cancer and its treatment on survivors.

Lora Packel MS, PT
Lora Packel MS, PT an Assistant Professor at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia. Her special area of interest is working with patients after high dose chemotherapy and/or bone marrow transplantation. She works with Head and Neck cancer patients before, during and after treatment with the ultimate goal of increasing quality of life through exercise.
