If you are an adult or a teenager that smokes you should stop smoking. Why? When you smoke your lungs get filled up with smoke and it can cause cancer or death. I heard on TV that for every cigarette you smoke you lose 5 minutes of your life! If you want to quit smoking you should try one of the patches or the gum.

For you non-smokers that are going to smoke, you should not start for the same reasons I stated before. If you don't smoke you should stay away from people that do because if you inhale the smoke it could be as bad as smoking. This is called second-hand smoking. So stay away from the people that smoke, save money and try to quit. I hope you have learned a lot from this story.
