Mohs Micrographic Surgery
Mohs micrographic surgery is a surgical treatment for basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. It is done as an outpatient procedure and the goal is to minimize the amount of good tissue that is removed and to lessen the appearance of a scar post surgery.
